Chef Brian Adams, known as Chef B, is a Celebrity Chef based in Las Vegas. He was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. His appreciation for fine dining was developed early on, influenced by his father. He recalls a special trip at the age of nine with his father from Flint to Las Vegas to see the Muhammad Ali and Larry Holmes fight, but it was the restaurant they dined at afterward that left the strongest impression.
After graduating from Flint Central High School, Chef B pursued higher education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where he graduated with a double major in Communication and English Literature. Prior to his culinary career, he was successful in the finance and entertainment industries.
In 2009, Chef B decided to formally pursue his passion for cooking by enrolling at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. He graduated with honors, ranking third in his class. His culinary career quickly gained momentum. He has worked in some of the finest kitchens in Las Vegas. Before establishing his own business, he served as a Chef at the Wynn Las Vegas & Encore Resort. Chef B has also gained national recognition, having competed on the popular Food Network TV series, Cooks Vs. Cons. He won the show with his Crab Cake Benedict and was awarded ten thousand dollars. Chef B has loved cooking for as long as he can remember, driven by the belief that “Eating is essential, Cooking is an art”.
