Chef Cyr’s professional chef experience covers more than 32 years. He spent many years managing culinary operations and cooking behind the scenes in hotels and restaurants. After this extensive experience, Chef Cyr created Bistro-at-Home Personal Chef Service because he wanted to collaborate directly with his clients.
His background includes more than 15 years of experience in the role of Executive Chef for several Four Diamond hotels and two free-standing restaurants in the Boston Area. He also has experience as a Private Chef.
