Currently, they limit Fine Dining Experiences (or Tasting Menu Experiences) to up to 20 guests and Shared Family Style Service to up to 100 guests or 200 guests to maintain quality. The goal is to transform your home into a gastronomic haven where every meal is an unforgettable journey.
•Weddings: Wedding packages are built from the ground up and uniquely tailored to each couple, with Ripley committed to making wedding day dreams a reality. They collaborate with a wide range of venues, purveyors, and top industry professionals to curate a one-of-a-kind food and beverage experience for the wedding, rehearsal dinner, or both. This collaborative effort ensures every aspect is curated to perfection, reflecting the couple’s individuality.
•Passed Canapés: Hosting a hors d’oeuvres party provides an elegant touch with appealing presentations of bite-sized appetizers and finger foods, allowing guests to taste gourmet, tapas, and appetizers from a variety of cuisines.
•Office Lunch Programs / Corporate and Special Events: They offer stress-free service and incredible food for corporate events. He studied under Chef Grant Achatz (Alinea), Chef John Shields (Smyth), and Chef Jared Gadbaw (Oak & Reel).
