Chef Timothy Jordan developed a passion for cooking and the creativity it provided him at a young age.
His first job in the hospitality industry was bussing tables and doing dishes at a small Italian restaurant in his hometown. The head chef at this restaurant would often bring him onto the line to show him how to prepare dishes and allowed him to cook his own meals, which furthered his passion and ability to create.
From that point, he was “hooked” and knew he wanted to pursue a career in the culinary arts.
To further his education and skills, he attended Johnson and Wales University. After culinary school, Chef Jordan held numerous positions in various settings, including restaurants, hotels, wine bars, casinos, senior living facilities, and as an instructor for culinary education.
He states that when he is not cooking for others, he is most likely still found cooking for his family at home. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to music by a fire with a nice IPA, and spending time and making memories with his wife, three kids, and dog through activities like camping, hiking, biking, and skiing. Chef Jordan believes that “Time is a gift” and aims to handle the cooking so others have time for what they love. His motto is “Eat. Drink. Create”.
